Jacci Collins Yoga
I will help you reconnect with You.
I will help you understand the power of the breath.
I will help you lean into the discomfort of not only the asana but also what’s coming up in your mind.
I will help you see the light in the dark, shadowy places and understand how you can sit with whatever it is and make sense of it and learn from it.
I will help you see the beauty in honouring your feelings and allowing your self to feel on an expansive and engulfing level so that you understand emotions and thoughts pass- you are not that. You are so much more.
I will help you understand what it means to connect with the depths of your soul and understand that you are not your physical body. You are so, so much more.
I will help you feel the magic of breath within asana in order to let the muscles relax, allowing you to surrender harder and release deeper.
I will guide you to a place within your practice that you can truly let go of your thoughts and experience that meditative flow of your movements as well as your stillness.
I will make you fall in love with yourself so hard you forget that the love of others even exists.
I will to help you learn how we begin to shed the layers of our ego and begin the journey towards our truest selves.
I will be a bridge into the unknown, helping you dive head first into the rabbit hole and experience the magic of the journey.
I will ignite within you the fire and passion it takes to reach your full potential and truly live it with every ounce of your being.
I will help you reconnect with your inner child and set them free so that you can find a sense of play in your every day life.
I will guide you to a place of peace and help you find what a meaningful life looks like to you.
I’d will guide you, empower you and help you find the answers from within.
As a student of life and yoga myself, I will always be honest and open with you when I don’t know the answer or I don’t have the capacity to be what you need in certain moments. I honour that your journey is Yours and I am humbled to be any part of it.
Be well & Live loud, Amanda
