Why do we have to attend personal Mentorship Sessions during this training? The 300hr is a process of unlearning, learning, questioning, reflection, reflexivity and so much more. That said, it can challenge worldviews and perspectives and encourage a shedding of old or unaligned ways while bringing to light new ideas and ways of being in the world. We want to ensure you are fully supported in this process. We explore what it looks like to structure a humanistic business model or offering with community, longevity, growth, and sustainability at the forefront while maintaining the heart and soul of trauma-informed. The focus here is to uncover what it looks like to build an offering with heart, soul, and actual systems and processes to ensure a sound business model. It can be difficult to put the concepts “business” and “trauma-informed” together and make sense of the ways they work together but this is exactly what we’re doing so that you have the know-how to deliver your offering, the heart to lead and facilitate authentically and powerfully, and the spirit to continue to gro
